Metal or clear?

should i get metal or clear braces HELP!Metal or clear?
Clear you pay more and they are less visible.Metal or clear?
Well, I have both. I had metal brackets put on my bottom row and clear brackes put on my top row. The metal ones are a little cheaper. I chose clear on top because I am 22 and work in a professional field and I was scared that having too much metal would make me look way too young. I put metal on the bottom because they do not really show as much. Most people do not even notice I have braces at all until I tell them. With the clear one on the top, you can not even see them from a distance or in pictures. Up close you have to really stare at me before you see the metal wire. So, it is up to you. Clear ones are not as noticeable, just make sure you get a metal wire, clear wires stain horribly. Metal ones however are fine. NO problems. If you want to save money go all metal or do half and half like me.
metal ones are cheaper and more stable and so they do a better job, but clear ones have the advantage that they are not showy. also if your case is complicated and involves lots of rotation and twisting and Etc. then again metal ones are better. Hope this helps
