When I went to the orthodontist the first time yesterday.. they told us the treatment plan and all that stuff about my braces..
On the paper it said if I wanted ceramic braces..it would cost $250 more than the metal ones. But I heard metal braces makes your teeth straight faster than the ceramic ones.Can someone tell me the difference in price between metal braces and clear (ceramic) braces?
I don't remember the price difference. I had clear on the top. When the time comes to take them off - they are extremely difficult to remove. I would never had gotten them if I had known how painful removal was going to be. It felt as if I was getting my teeth pulled out. I still have sensitivity (after 2 years) on the top. 1 was really stuck and had to drill the cement between the tooth %26amp; bracket to get it loose.
