Looking for viking and folk metal songs and bands with clear vocals?

I find viking and folk metal music awesome, but i simply hate the harsh vocals.


I love the clear vocal parts in most bands like ensiferum and turisas,


eg- the clear vocal part in Ensiferum's Victory Song

Try Bathory from ';Hammerheart'; on forward, especially ';Twilight of the Gods'; (do NOT listen to anything earlier than Hammerheart if you hate the harshness...). I think this was perhaps the original ';Viking Metal'; project...
